All right – only half of these quality ticket software options offer reserved seating capabilities. Most performing arts organizations need reserved seating options! This helps to keep your patrons happy and makes the seating process much smoother. Here are a few other key points to take note of:

FanFueled, Flame Booking & Ticketing System, FreshTix and Galaxy do not offer reserved seating capabilities.
ExtremeTix, FanFueled, Folio Box Office Software, FreshTix, Galaxy, GS Get and InstantSeats do not offer season ticket capabilities.
FreshTix does not offer a customer database.
Expresso Ticketing, ExtremeTix, Flame Booking & Ticketing System, FocusPoint360, Galaxy and GS Get do not offer fundraising management.

Half of these softwares lacking reserved seating capabilities and over half without season ticket capabilities or fundraising management. It’s all about what your performing arts organization needs…but most need these features. Consider your “needs” vs. “wants” carefully when you’re selecting a ticketing system.
